After going to the parade yesterday, Andlie told us she "wanted some drums to put by her heart like the parade." So we made a bass drum for her using an empty milk gallon, some yarn, and two ice cream spoons. She loved it. Success!
Also noteworthy today: Andlie found an old baby chick toy, named her Joseph, and carried her around all day saying, "It's okay, Joseph" & "You're so cute, Joseph." We made Joseph a nest out of a bowl, grass, and some sticks. We put some Lucky Charms in there for her to eat. And at bedtime, Joseph also had to get some jammies on (a sock).
