We think that Haze isn't allergic to milk, but rather, to Amoxicillin. He broke out in a little rash on Saturday night that had turned into a full blown bout of hives/welts all over his poor little body by Monday morning. I called the doctor. The nurses at the office said that it probably wasn't an allergic reation, but rather, a side effect of Amoxicillin.
Whatever it was, I certainly don't want him taking it again. Poor thing looked and felt awful. I couldn't find my camera in all the moving/unpacking, but I took a picture of this beast before I threw it right in the trash.
(Side note: Andlie had this exact same reaction to Amoxicillin about a year ago. Hives got so bad, she had to go on roids to get them to go away.)
