After staying at Grama & Grampa Goodwin's house last night, we drove the remaining 8 hours to Disneyland today! After a teensy tiny bit of getting a tiny bit lost, we made it safely to our hotel and had dinner. Then we decided to go to the park & pick up our tickets and hit up Downtown Disney. Yahoo! Guess who we saw in line at California Adventure with a double stroller, cute wife/girlfriend, and about five security guards? Adam Sandler.
Other highlights from today include:
*Andlie randomly saying, "I am just so excited for Disneyland! I have bubbles in my tummy!"
*Andlie noticing "spikey trees" for the first time and after learning they were called palm trees, calling them "pom pom trees."
*Haze learning to fold his arms during family prayer and then getting his proud look on his face.
*Watching Disneyland fireworks out our hotel window.
*Eating sharp cheese and crackers & drinking Diet Coke with Bryan after the kids went to bed. (Our idea of fancy wine & cheese.)
